Roots & Routes project aims to enhance the capacity of youth workers, leaders and educators in reconciliation, dialogue, and community resilience. Through cross-border collaboration, development of innovative tools, and integration of global best practices, the project strengthens skills in conflict transformation, intercultural dialogue, and peacebuilding. By equipping practitioners with structured methodologies, the initiative fosters inclusive youth work and long-term social cohesion.
