Progresylni are strengthening and developing network communication between educators, who are open to changes and are ready to apply creative methods in the educational process.
We are the largest informal association that has been developing dynamically since 2017.

Our aim is to motivate teachers and to demonstrate what is quality education for all, not just for the chosen ones.
Every day thousands of students attend their educational institutions to gain new knowledge, competences and professional training. Every day thousands of teachers make their efforts to create the conditions for their students' cognitive activity, self-education, and the practical application of the acquired knowledge and skills.
However, there often appears that students remain dissatisfied with the quality of the educational process; teachers feel the lack of students' motivation, excessive workload and low salaries.
It is this issue which requires from us making every effort to solve it, because without synchronisation of the labor market and the market of educational services it is impossible to prepare quality specialists for rapid economic development.
Progresylni are ready to realize that and hope for the support of all proactive educators.

Our team consists of talented and motivated professionals who, on a volunteer basis, work to improve the quality of Ukrainian education and are doing this by their actions.
The uniqueness of Progresylni is that we have our own team of trainers, experts and practitioners in the communication sphere. However, we are always open to the upscaling and new community members' joining!
The history of Progresylni began in 2017 with one training, which was attended by 23 teachers. The positive reboot and the desire of change contributed to the further creation of a Progressive Teacher Platform, which eventually grew into a powerful community Progresylni.
